What action do I need to take?

As part of the transition from CoBiz digital banking to BOK Financial digital banking, you will need to follow the instructions for your Intuit financial management solution as outlined below.

To ensure a smooth transition for your transation data, the first part of the instructions must be completed prior to 5 pm CT on Friday, March 22, 2019. The remaining steps can be completed on or after Monday, March 25, 2019, once digital banking is fully moved to BOK Financial. Please refer to the instruction document for full details.

Troubleshooting for Quicken for Windows

Are you seeing duplicate accounts in Quicken for Windows after completing the deactivation and reactivation process? The instructions below will help correct this issue.

Step One: Confirm all accounts have been deactivated, including hidden accounts. Follow the deactivation instructions as outlined in the Quicken documents above.

Step Two: When all accounts are deactivated, delete the duplicate account from the account list.

Step Three: Repeat the reactivation steps as outlined in the Quicken documents above.
